For the Holiday Food Project I made Alfajores. The ingredients were 1 cup of cornstarch, 6 tablespoons of butter, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 cup of of flour, Dulce de Leche, and confectioner sugar. First, I had to clean out my area and make sure I had all of my ingredients. Then, I added two egg yolks into the mixing bowl that I had, before that I had to separate the egg yolks from the the egg whites. Then, I put in the 6 tablespoons of cooking butter. After that I beat the eggs and butter, then added the two cups of cornstarch and two cups of flour to the mixing bowl.
